We here at Cambridge Hypnotherapy always work with the intention our clients take full responsibility over their issues and also be responsible for their change and success. We (Luke, Joseph & myself) are purely the facilitators of that change ~ we have just developed processes and ways to use Hypnosis and NLP etc that enable our clients to change quickly and easily. We take responsibility for being able to facilitate the change and on the extremely rare occasions our clients
So how deep do you have to go into hypnosis to get the benefit? Some people, including some hypnotists still think you have to go really deep. Yet when you think about it, if you have an issue you have surely changed from what you did to what you do now. That’s just logical, isn’t it?
