A lot of enquiries we get are from people that feel they are stuck in a situation that they don’t have any control over. The first thing I want everyone to understand is that we are ALWAYS in control. No matter whether it be an issue within a relationship, with food, alcohol, a job situation or in fact anything, we are always the one in control. Maybe we’re not in control of the situation, but we are always in control over how we react to it.

So how do we help you do that? Using advanced levels of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis, we can help your unconscious mind develop new thought patterns that allow you to process information differently. We will also allow your mind to determine the best new reaction and find the resources necessary for your mind to implement it. That way your mind will choose a new reaction that works and not just pick a random one out of thin air.

So how does this differ from other therapies and approaches? The simple answer is massively! We are not going to look at teaching you coping strategies, or teach you how to mange your problem behaviour as this is simply papering over the cracks. That would also mean that you are learning how to live with your problem for the rest of your life which would be exhausting and also more than likely unmaintainable.

The beauty of our approach is that it is also very quick yet life lasting, Rarely do we work with clients for more than 3 sessions, and some even less.
