Sunshine Isn't a Shortcut to Healing – Why Now Is the Time to Do the Inner Work

The sun is out, the sky is blue, and suddenly everything feels lighter. You smile more, sleep a bit better, and maybe even tell yourself that whatever had been weighing you down has magically vanished. But let’s take a moment to pause and be honest with ourselves.
Just because the sun is shining doesn’t mean everything’s fine inside!!!

I’ve seen it countless times... people who were anxious, depressed, overwhelmed with stress, or caught in cycles of low self-worth wake up, see the sun is shining and suddenly feel okay.
