Challenge yourself

It’s ok to ask for advice and help. I decided that this year I would like to challenge myself and so far I am unsure as to how that will be. Ultimately, at the end of the day I believe that if we are not doing things to challenge ourself, and that are hard we’re going nowhere fast. We need to be putting ourselves though things on a regular basis that in all honesty may suck, but this is where we grow and learn. These learnings will stay with us, and by overcoming them we will become much more rounded and well equipped to handle life in the future.
So what can we do to challenge ourselves?
Run a marathon
Learn to play an instrument
Learn a foreign language
Self help to discover more about us as an individual
Other physical challenges (3 peaks, Mount Kilimanjaro)
Travel somewhere challenging
Speak in public if it’s out of your comfort zone
Those are just a few examples of things you can do to try and push yourself to grow. If you ever get a chance I would highly recommend listening to David Goggins, he has an amazing youtube channel here. He is a master at picking things he hates and then doing them daily until they become the norm to him.
So, go ahead and find things you hate to do and that are hard to do, and then go out and absolute boss them! On the other side of that is absolute greatness. If you feel you need a little push and guidance, as always you can contact us here and we’d be more than happy to help!
