IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!
How many of you have done any of the following this week:
Gone to the gym and trained hard
Exercised
Limited alcohol
Dieted
Said no to certain foods or treats
Tried to get a certain amount of steps done each day
If you've done any of the above with a view to changing your physique, or losing weight.... then 𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙋 what you're doing right now and read the rest of this!!!
If you decide to cut yourself a bit of slack this weekend, and go a bit too crazy be prepared to undo 𝘼𝙇𝙇 of this week's hard work!
Think about it....
Monday - Friday: If you consumed 2000 calories each day and burned 2500 calories each day then you would be in a deficit of a total of 2500 calories.
Saturday - Sunday: If you consumed 3250 calories a day yet only burned 2000 calories a day, you're now at a surplus of 2500 calories.
𝙏𝙊𝙏𝘼𝙇 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙊𝙍𝙄𝙀 𝘿𝙀𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙔 𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍 7 𝘿𝘼𝙔𝙎 = 0
That is the simple reason why you're not losing weight
How do you solve this? Stop seeing Saturday as any different to Wednesday, or any midweek day. If you want results, and I mean 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙍 results you need to looking to creating daily foundational habits, not just midweek habits.
